Making the decision to start training with Tess has honestly been one of the most important things I have ever done for my body. Due to childhood surgery, the odd injury, and generally not knowing how to take care of myself, I had thought my body somewhat broken. But, working out with Tess has taught me that I'm not broken. By training the right way with a focus on technique, I am strong and confident in a way I have never been before in my life. I still have my limitations, but Tess has taught me that they aren't huge mountains, they are just hills to be climbed one step at a time.
