Prior to your first session, we'll schedule a consultation/assessment via phone or in person to talk about what you're looking for and create a plan of action.
I have limited AM availability in the Fremont, Wallingford, Wedgwood, Phinney Ridge, Greenlake, Ravenna and University district neighborhoods. For private yoga, I may be able to arrange space rental at a local yoga studio.
